About Roush cold air intakes
A Roush cold air intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a sealed, high-flow system designed to feed the engine cooler air. You hear it right away — a sharper induction sound under throttle — and it’s one of the easiest Roush upgrades to install.
We carry Roush intakes for V8, EcoBoost and V6 engines across the Mustang, F-150, Ranger and Bronco, sold at Roush retail.
Match the intake to your engine
Roush intakes are engine-specific: a 5.0L V8 kit won’t fit a 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost, and generation changes matter too. Every listing shows the exact model years and engines it fits — or call us and we’ll confirm from your VIN.
A good first upgrade
An intake pairs well with a Roush exhaust, and it installs in about an hour at our shop. If you’re planning a supercharger later, check whether that kit already includes its own intake.
Roush Ranger cold air intakes FAQ
How long does a Roush cold air intake take to install?
About an hour at our shop. The installed estimate on each intake page includes that labor at $150/hr.
Do I need a Roush intake with a Roush supercharger?
Some Roush supercharger kits are designed to pair with a specific Roush intake that’s sold separately — the supercharger page calls it out with the part number. Ask us and we’ll quote them together.
Can you ship Roush parts instead of installing them?
Yes. Use “Ask About Shipping” on any part page and we’ll confirm the price and shipping to your address anywhere in the US.
