About Roush superchargers
A Roush supercharger is the single biggest power upgrade you can bolt onto a modern Ford V8. Roush rates its current kits at up to 810 HP for the 2024+ S650 Mustang and 705 HP for the 2021+ F-150 5.0L — engineered as complete systems with the intercooling, fueling and calibration to match.
We sell genuine Roush supercharger kits at Roush retail and install them at our East Bridgewater, MA shop. Every kit page shows an installed estimate up front, so you know the full cost before you book.
Complete kits vs. upgrade parts
Complete kits typically include the supercharger, intercooler system, fuel system upgrades, hardware and Roush’s calibration for your vehicle — the product page lists exactly what’s in the box. Upgrade parts — Phase 1 to Phase 2 kits, F-150 Pro Power conversion kits, belts and tensioners — are for trucks and cars that already run a Roush supercharger.
Emissions and warranty
Many Roush supercharger kits carry a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order number, and Roush includes a limited parts warranty with its kits. The details differ by kit, so each product page lists the EO number and warranty terms Roush publishes for that specific part.
Installed by Ford specialists
A supercharger install is a full-day job: fuel system, cooling, intake and calibration all have to be done right. Our installed estimates assume about 12 hours of labor for a complete kit at $150/hr. We confirm the final price for your exact vehicle before any work starts.
Roush Mustang superchargers FAQ
How long does a Roush supercharger install take?
Plan on about 12 hours of shop time for a complete kit — typically your vehicle is with us for one to two days. Upgrade kits like Phase 1 to Phase 2 take a few hours.
Are Roush superchargers emissions legal?
Many Roush kits are 50-state emissions legal under a CARB Executive Order. Each product page lists the EO number Roush publishes for that kit — check it before you buy, or call us and we’ll confirm for your vehicle.
Does the kit include the tune?
Roush complete supercharger kits are sold as a system with Roush’s calibration for your vehicle. We load it as part of the install.
Can you ship Roush parts instead of installing them?
Yes. Use “Ask About Shipping” on any part page and we’ll confirm the price and shipping to your address anywhere in the US.
